Hi, I'm Rod, a carpenter, deck builder and renovation handyman.
I started this service after buying an ice bath for cold-water therapy.
Once it was set up, I realised the bath itself was the easy bit.
The plumbing and fittings that came with it were cheap, draining it properly was a hassle, and there were a dozen small practical problems no one warns you about until you're living with them.
Being a tradesman, I fixed it myself: better fittings, better drainage, a setup that was actually easy to use and maintain.
That's where Custom Ice Baths began giving people the right setup from the start.
